SPE Extrusion Division sets June conference
The SPE Extrusion Division has scheduled its first-ever three-day technical conference to provide attendees with the opportunity to learn basic and advanced extrusion techniques. The SPE Precision Extrusion Topcon will be held June 21-23 in Nashville, Tenn. The first day will feature an optional half-day session on the fundamentals of extrusion.
The following days will offer more than 20 technical presentations exploring topics that can help attendees improve precision extrusion. Topics will include Virtual Pressure Measurement for Medical nano-scale Extruders; Application of Simulation Towards Extrusion Process Troubleshooting; and Devolatizing Extruder MRS as an Alternative for PET Recycling Applications.
There will also be a reception where attendees can mix with colleagues and industry experts. More information can be found on the SPE website.
