Investment firm BW Forsyth Partners announced that its operating company Machine Solutions Inc., which provides equipment and services to the medical device market, saw continued growth in 2020.
Machine Solutions, which is based in Flagstaff, Ariz., acquired three businesses in 2020: Crescent Design Inc., Beahm Designs Inc. and BW-TEC AG. The acquisitions are part of an ongoing strategy that allow the company to expand the products and services it offers, including plastic tube bonding and flaring equipment.
“Through the first 10 years of our partnership, we have seen Machine Solutions build a strong reputation as a premier global provider of technology and services for medical device customers,” said Brian Holthouse, partner at BW Forsyth Partners.
