Film stretching line Brückner has upgraded all of its film stretching lines with its new decentralized electric feature. Shown is part of a biaxially oriented PP film production line, with a group of rollers for stretching the film in the machine direction in the foreground, followed by the tenter for stretching in the transverse direction.
What's new? All power switches, motor control units, frequency converters, sensor inputs and actuator outputs, including those for the extruder, are directly linked to the machine components, for plug-and-play convenience.
