WM Automates Speedmaster Plus thermoformers

FC Speedmaster Plus  WM Wrapping offers this next generation of Speedmaster Plus vacuum and pressure formers, featuring updated software, a touch-screen panel and easy operation. 

What's new?  The automation. A motorized vertical adjustment of the upper and lower platens has been added for precise control of the cut height, while automatic mold locking and X-Y axis adjustment are available on both platens. The X-Y movement is electrically driven and fitted with position transducers. The three-axis stacking robot is designed to handle complex shapes.

Benefits  Consistent forming quality, cutting accuracy and energy savings. Kinetic energy generated during braking is converted to electrical energy to run the machine. Optimized heating and insulation of the oven also result in energy savings.
