Thermal Care Inc., a Niles, Ill., company that develops and manufactures custom heat transfer systems and equipment, announced two recent changes to its staff. Peter Armbruster has been appointed director of sales and marketing and will report directly to President Lee Sobocinski. Armbruster has a 22-year career in the plastics industry, and most recently worked for Conair Group.
Jim Schelling, a 25-year veteran of the plastics industry, has changed job titles from industrial markets manager to regional manager, covering the Midwest. His responsibilities include supporting the company's rep organizations and building and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers. Prior to joining Thermal Care, his previous employers included AEC, where his last title was regional sales manager.
