New app offers information about AGS products

AGS Automation Greifsysteme Schwope GmbH has put its entire product catalog into an app available through the Apple App and Google Play stores. In addition  to a tool kit for all components of the Gladbach, Germany-based company's end-of-arm-tooling (EOAT), photos, technical data and a price list are all available, online and offline, although an Internet connection is required to place an order.The app includes a QR/bar-code reader that allows customers to scan an AGS product and receive technical data in a matter of seconds and order replacement parts at the push of a button. Customers can register via the app, or log in using the same credentials they use on the AGS website.
