Buss opens test lab in its Carol Stream, Ill., facility

Pratteln, Switzerland-based Buss AG has installed a working test lab for research and development, process optimization and customer sampling. The lab will feature a Buss MX 30, a compact, laboratory-sized compounding line that is well-suited for the testing and development of highly filled and heat- and shear-sensitive compounds.

Customers will be able to work with Buss engineers and perform hands-on trials to test their products and processes in the lab at Carol Stream, Ill., home of the company's U.S. headquarters.
