Kirk Winstead, who has served as the COO of IPEG Inc., Cranberry Township, Pa., since 2015, has assumed the additional title of president.
Winstead worked 27 years for Rapid Granulator Inc., Leetsdale, Pa., in a variety of roles, including a stint as CEO. When IPEG sold the granulator company in 2015, it named Winstead COO.
IPEG includes several auxiliary equipment brands, including Conair, Cranberry Township, Pa.; Thermal Care Inc., Niles, Ill.; Pelletron Corp., Lancaster, Pa.; and Republic Machine, Louisville, Ky.
