Ashish Saxena has been appointed VP and GM of LiquiForm Group LLC, Norcross, Ga. The company's former director of marketing and sales, Saxena is the successor to Ann O'Hara, who has been named VP and GM of diversified products at Amcor Rigid Plastics, LiquiForm's parent company, based in Ann Arbor, Mich.
LiquiForm is a blow molding and filling manufacturing technology that forms containers with pressurized liquid rather than air. In his new role, Saxena will work from Amcor's facility in Saline, Mich., and focus on taking LiquiForm — which combines bottle forming and filling into a single step — from the concept stage to commercialization.
He originally joined Amcor in 2014 as the company's director of corporate strategy and business development.
