If the early-bird sales for NPE2018 are any indication, companies in the plastics industry are optimistic about their future prospects. Organized by SPI, the event is scheduled for May 7-11, 2018, in Orlando, Fla. Long-time exhibitors can reserve their pick of spaces in advance. By the time the reservation period ended on July 29, 81 SPI member companies had reserved 243,700 square feet of exhibit space, representing an increase of 11 percent, or 27,000 square feet, over the prior record, which was set last year.
Companies that have not applied for space can submit their applications from Sept. 6 through Nov. 18 on www.npe.org. The lottery for those exhibitors will be March 20-22, 2017, in Orlando.
