Maag Pump Systems creates Maag Americas division

Maag Pump Systems AG, Oberglatt, Switzerland, has created a new division, Maag Americas, Zurich, Switzerland. Late last year, Maag purchased Reduction Engineering Scheer, Kent, Ohio, and Gala Industries Inc., Eagle Rock, Va. The new division will allow the integrated companies to provide a broadened product portfolio, improved customer service and expanded production and customer process testing capabilities. Maag Automatik is a manufacturer of gear pumps, pelletizing systems and filtration systems.
