IPEG Inc., Cranberry Twp., Pa., has named Lee Sobocinski president of its Thermal Care Inc. business, which makes heat-transfer systems and equipment. It is based in Niles, Ill. Sobocinski began his plastics industry career in 1998 with ACS Group, New Berlin, Wis., where he was an application and sales engineer. He held management positions with two other companies before returning to ACS Group in 2011 as national sales manager of its AEC brand.
