Auxiliary equipment firm Foremost Machine Builders Inc., Fairfield, N.J., has received national certification as a Women's Business Enterprise by the Women Presidents' Educational Organization-NY, which is a regional certifying partner of the Women's Business Enterprise National Council.
To meet the national standard, companies must go through a process that includes in-depth review of the business and site inspection. The process confirms that a business is at minimum 51 percent owned, operated or controlled by a woman or women.
