Flex, a leading design and testing company based in Singapore, has purchased a minority stake in RocTool SA, Le Bourget-du-Lac, France
Flex, formerly known as Flextronics International Ltd., bought almost 15 percent of RocTool within the past few months. The company, which has offices in Milpitas, Calif., has joined the RocTool board, represented by François Barbier, its president of global operations components. In addition to his current role at Flex, Barbier has served as the president of the company's mobile and consumer division and senior VP of European operations.
