Vecoplan LLC, Archdale, N.C., which manufactures recycling equipment, has named one of its regional sales managers to be its director of customer relations.
In his new role, Matt Osborne will work to re-engage long-term customers, so that the company can establish best practices for all interactions involving its staff and the people they serve. His initial focus will be the expansion of Vecoplan's factory-certified parts program. He will facilitate communication and cooperation between Vecoplan customers and Vecoplan's parts and service team.
In other Vecoplan news, Rick Burks has been named mobile service manager. He will oversee all aspects of service on Vecoplan shredding trucks.
