Baseline-Mocon Inc., Lyons, Colo., has merged into its parent company, effective Oct. 1, according to Mocon Inc., Minneapolis. The Baseline brand for online gas chromatographs, hydrocarbon analyzers, OEM sensors and hand-held volatile organic compound (VOC) detectors will be retained, but the former subsidiary has begun doing business as Mocon. Hank Braly, VP of sales and marketing, anticipates no changes in service to customers of the former subsidiary.
