Maxcess International Corp., Oklahoma City, which makes products for the web-handling industry, has plans to expand. In August, it signed a purchase agreement to acquire Valley Roller Co., Appleton Wis.
Maxcess, which makes a variety of products, including precision rolls, shafts and guiding and slitting systems, plans to add to its portfolio of web-handling equipment. Valley Roller has more than 30 years of experience in the roller business with advanced capabilities in rubber-covered rolls and other products. It joins Webex, Fife, Tidland and Magpowr under the Bertram Capital-owned Maxcess umbrella.
