    Sealed Air acquires French equipment maker

    Sealed Air Corp., Charlotte, N.C., has acquired B+ Equipment, a maker of automated packaging equipment headquartered in Aubagne, France. The cost of the acquisition was not disclosed.

    Sealed Air has been the exclusive licensee for this company's trademarked I-Pack system in North America, Australia and New Zealand. 

    B+ Equipment also manufactures the recently introduced e-Cube system for order fulfillment.
