R&D/Leverage, Lee's Summit, Mo., has announced an alliance with Hughes Design Group, Norwalk, Conn., for the product development process.
R&D/Leverage is focused on structural brand development and mold manufacturing, primarily for the packaging industry; Hughes Design Group made its name in visual branding, retail presence and packaging design.
"Our holistic approach smoothly and efficiently integrates all elements of the process," said Jason Husk, director of business development for R&D/Leverage.
The goal is to have a streamlined system that saves time and eliminates redundancies.
The companies will partner on technical, engineering, structural elements and marketing, graphics and brand identity.
