TEX ALPHA III SERIES This line of co-rotating twin screw extruders from Japan Steel Works Ltd. includes the TEX 44 Alpha III being shown at NPE.
WHAT'S NEW? A newly designed gearbox, gears and bearings; a wider processing window at higher torque (36 percent greater) compared with the previous TEX Alpha II machines; and a mechanical torque limiter that cuts the screw connection instantly if a malfunction or critical process situation is detected. The line's seven models comprise barrel diameters from 26.5mm to 129.5mm.
