Antonio Fernández and Holger Niemeier have been named members of the board for Hosokawa Alpine Aktiengesellschaft GmbH, Augsburg, Germany. Georg Ringmayr has retired his position on the board and as head of finances. Peter Krieg also will retire in 2016 after more than 10 years as chairman.
