Uniloy UCS.E Uniloy’s new all-electric continuous extrusion shuttle blow molding machine is designed to produce technical parts and bottles and containers ranging in size from 50 milliliters to 7.9 gallons. It can process a wide range of resins, including post-consumer resins and bioplastics, and is capable of coextruding up to seven layers. Its modular design allows users to choose from a wide range of clamping forces, strokes and neck-cutting forces to customize the machine to the application. With in-mold labeling capabilities and clean-room compatibility, it is appropriate for making packaging for household and personal-care products, lubricants, chemicals, petrochemicals, pharmaceuticals, dairy products, water and juices.

What’s new? The UCS.E machine, which marks the third iteration of the company’s all-electric shuttle machine line. It is Industry 4.0-ready, allowing for data exchange with users’ factory management systems. It features a smaller footprint and a redesigned HMI with user-friendly, intuitive controls.

Benefits Energy savings and reliability. The all-electric machine uses 40 percent less energy than a traditional hydraulic shuttle machine. The machine is quiet, with low maintenance costs and minimal downtime.
