PB15ED This Plastiblow double-station all-electric extrusion blow molding machine with a 15.4-ton clamp can produce plastic bottles and hollow-body containers for cosmetics and pharmaceuticals, and personal hygiene, medical, food, cleaning, chemistry and automotive goods. What’s new? The machine, which will produce 500mm oval cosmetic bottles in HDPE in a 4+4 cavity setup at NPE. It will be equipped with a quad parison extrusion head at a 4X100mm center distance, an extruder with a 90mm screw diameter and a high-throughput barrier design, and a servo-drive parison cutting unit. An automated bottle take-out unit with servo-driven motors on two axes will pick up bottles from the deflashing station and transport them onto a conveyor for further downstream operations.
