Double Quattromill 22 Offering eight multi-edge insert cutting edges, Seco's new face-milling cutters feature high-axial rake angles and are appropriate for roughing and semi-finishing. Two versions are available: The 45-degree lead-angle version can cut to depths of up to 0.35 inch, while the 68-degree version can cut as deep as 0.43 inch. The 45-degree version comes in three different geometries, each designed for different metals. Cutter bodies come in either fixed-pocket or cassette varieties.

What's new? The cutters, which Seco introduced in September at the International Manufacturing Technology Show in Chicago.
