Six-axis Promac machining center uses single setup for all tasks

Levante GTR Promac's new six-axis machining center can handle roughing, semi-finishing, finishing and deep drilling operations with a single setup. It is well-adapted to creating molds.

What's new? The GTR, which made its U.S. debut last month at IMTS 2018 in Chicago.

Benefits Large work envelope in a small footprint. The Levante GTR's worktable moves on an inclined plane, allowing it to accommodate a larger piece than a similar-sized machine with a conventional table. It can machine a part from start to finish without requiring manual repositioning.
