Hasco has added a new model to its stable of latch locks, which are used to control the sequence of plate movements in injection molds with floating plates.

Latch lock/pulling bar Hasco has added a new model to its stable of latch locks, which are used to control the sequence of plate movements in injection molds with floating plates. The Z1790 round latch lock, shown on the right in the photo, is used in conjunction with the Z1791 pulling bar (on the left), which actuates the plate movement. Users can shorten the pulling bar to adjust the stroke, and also can cut the housing to length in order to match it to the thickness of the plate. The precision components are available in four sizes with two lengths each and offer infinitely variable strokes from 30mm to 130mm. The compact device is designed to be mounted inside the mold.

What's new? The size.

Benefits Reliable control of the plate opening movement without increasing the dimensions of the mold. The device guarantees high force transmission through its precise, interlocking connection, and is quick and easy to install.
