PGT series These servo-electric linear drives from i-mold have particularly flat motors and planetary rollers, rather than ball-screw-type spindles. They can be placed anywhere on a mold to perform functions such as moving ejector plates or releasing undercuts. The series has actuators measuring from 250mm to 3,000mm; units measuring 300mm to 450mm are shown.

Benefits Greater control. Compared to conventional hydraulic cylinders, the linear drives are more precise. The force and speed of their servo movements can be controlled, making them appropriate for clean-room production.
