Ultramax MF Touch Gesswein has introduced an upgraded model of its Ultramax MF mold-polishing machine, which is used for polishing flat surfaces, deburring, filing, stoning, scraping, lapping and draw-stoning deep cavities. The machine uses a high-efficiency microprocessor to deliver power to ultrasonic, brushless DC and brush-type DC hand pieces. The Ultramax MF Touch includes a power pack, ultrasonic hand piece, hand piece rest, tool-changing wrenches, tool holders and a variable-speed, foot-operated rheostat.

What's new? The touch-screen control and variable-speed foot pedal. The previous version had a simple on/off foot pedal.

Benefits Ease of use and versatility. The touch screen makes it easier to operate the machine, which combines ultrasonic and mechanical polishing in one package for fast and smooth metal removal. It easily polishes slots, ribs and intricate details, and can smooth milled and rough surfaces to a mirror finish. Also, the Ultramax MF Touch operates with minimal vibration to reduce operator fatigue.
