Hasco guide bushing is wear-resistant

Hasco's new guide bushing aligns and guides the movement between any two plates that are screwed together in an injection mold assembly.

Z14 guide bushing Hasco's new guide bushing has a steel body and is used to align and guide the movement between any two plates that are screwed together in an injection mold assembly. It also can be used with Hasco's ejector plate assembly packages, which consist of the ejector retainer plate and an ejector back-up plate.

What's new? The bushing, which was introduced late last year and is available from stock in various sizes.

Benefits Long service life, low maintenance requirements and self-lubrication. The bushing has a highly wear-resistant sliding surface made of sintered metal with a fine-pored, solid lubricant and embedded oil. Unlike products that use self-lubricating graphite plugs, the bushings require no special maintenance, only general cleaning during regular mold maintenance.
