Smartlock Z1897 Hasco is offering a new slide retainer for use in injection molds. Made of glass-fiber-reinforced plastic and steel, it can withstand operating temperatures up to 248 degrees Fahrenheit. The device comes with all necessary mounting materials, including preassembled cable, for quick installation.

What's new? The combination of the features of a slide retainer and a limit switch in one component.

Benefits Risk-free use of slide molds. The device's friction lock has a retention force of up to 26.7 pounds, and the limit switch continuously monitors the position of the slide component. These features prevent early ejection movements that can damage the mold.
