InTronix Spindle Designed for grinding, milling and boring, Gilman's new motorized spindle can be direct-coupled to any motor, such as those used in machining and turning centers.

What's new? The spindle, which Gilman introduced this summer, and its design, which is smaller and lighter than other products in the company's line.

Benefits Cost-competitiveness and flexibility. With its compact size, the spindle causes less wear on the motor, reducing maintenance costs, and takes up less operating space than a belt-driven spindle. It's less expensive than other conventional motorized spindles, and its manual clamp simplifies the process of changing tooling.
