Niagara Stabilizer 2.0 Seco has updated its STR-430 and STR-440 series of solid-carbide end mills within its Niagara Stabilizer 2.0 brand. These next-generation end mills come in diameters from 0.125 inch to 1 inch, with radii of 0.01 inch to 0.12 inch. Shanks are either cylindrical or have Weldon flats cut into them.
What's new? Enhanced geometries and coatings.
Benefits Doubled chip-load capacity, which shortens machining cycle times. In addition, the solid-carbide end mills offer metal removal rates that are double those of their predecessors.
