DIXI 125 Designed for workpieces with diameters of up to 49 inches, DMG Mori's new machining center has positional accuracies of 4 microns in the directions of the X and Z axes, and 3 microns in the direction of the Y axis. The smallest unit in the DIXI series, the DIXI 125 has a workspace of 1,250mm by 1,250mm by 1,150mm, and the rotary table has a maximum load capacity of about 4,400 pounds. It is available in four- and five-axis versions.

What's new? The machining center, which debuted at the company's open house a few months ago in Germany.

Benefits High precision and ease of use. The machining center has volumetric accuracy of within 15 microns, at a price of just about 20 percent more than standard machining centers. In addition, with an app-based user interface, the DIXI 125 is intuitive to operate, so users need less time to set it up and calculate technical values.
