Double Rack system Cumsa has expanded its series of Double Rack lifters, which can be used to release undercuts from 14mm to 42mm. The Double Rack system has two movements to release undercuts, one from the angle of the rod and the second from the angle of the teeth. This straight movement allows less ejection stroke — only 100mm — to get the same travel as angled lifters. (Shown at left is the DR343434-8 model.)
What's new? A smaller lifter, called the DR282828, as well as units designed for use with symmetrical tools.
Benefits The growing flexibility of the line. Using the lifters saves both time and machining costs. Unlike conventional, angled lifters, these straight-movement lifters are easier to assemble and maintain. They also move more smoothly, causing less friction and less impact on tool performance.
