Seven-layer film line Amut Dolci Bielloni's new seven-layer stretch film line is available in two sizes — 2,000mm and 3,000mm — and can achieve outputs of about 3,307 and 5,291 pounds per hour, respectively.
What's new? The line, which Amut displayed at its open house in May. It features six extruders, a special filtering system and a high-speed winder capable of processing 2,625 feet of film per minute.
Benefits High throughput, compact design and energy-efficient operation. The machines have a footprint of about 1,300 square feet and use about 0.18 kilowatts per pound of production. The line is equipped with a sophisticated troubleshooting system with two touch-screen workstations, making it possible for an operator to work either in the chill roll area or near the winder. Additionally, the layout of the extruders has been optimized to make maintenance and screen changes easier.
