    Amsler Equipment is unveiling updates at NPE to its most popular empty bottle inspection systems as well as two new higher-speed systems: a flying-head leak tester and a single-head unit that is being demonstrated with an indexing conveyor system.

    Empty bottle leak detection   Amsler Equipment is unveiling updates at NPE to its most popular empty bottle inspection systems as well as two new higher-speed systems: a flying-head leak tester and a single-head unit that is being demonstrated with an indexing conveyor system. The systems are suitable for PET stretch blow molding, all types of extrusion blow molding, injection and injection stretch containers.What's new?  A new control program, touch-screen operator interface, and a self-teach setup for faster bottle changeovers. The new systems will include the ability to integrate with the user's enterprise resource planning system. Vacuum and pressure decay testing are available on one unit.Benefits  Faster test times and more accurate test results, available in a real-time visual display. Operator interface is simpler and quicker to use.  The units also can be used for testing empty cans.
