HPS III FleX With this adjustable design from Ewikon, the same hot runner system can be used for several molds. The system targets small series or prototypes in two-cavity molds that often used cold runner technology.
WHAT'S NEW? A linear main manifold combined with two lateral arms and a special pivot joint for adjustable nozzle positions and pitch distance. The runner can be used in several molds with different pitch distances by dismantling the system from one mold and assembling it in the other tool.
BENEFITS Standard nozzles are used, allowing a full range of gating options, such as direct tip gating, gating with screw-on gate bushes or valve gating.
