Metalrustguard wrap prevents mold rust

METALRUSTGUARD  This non-corrosive self-adhesive wrap from Metal Rust Guard protects molds from rust and corrosion and is a new way to package, store and ship mold components and tooling. The company is exhibiting the product at the NPE booth of DMS Inc., Oldcastle, Ontario, Canada.

WHAT'S NEW?  A hydrophobic PP is impregnated with food-grade waxes and oils to form a barrier against rust. It prevents water vapor transmission and condensation forming on metal.

BENEFITS  Easy application and removal. Approved by the FDA, the PP-based material is a barrier in high humidity marine environments, even in direct contact with salt water and other acids. Company branding can be printed on the material.
