ASB-70 series This one-step PET injection stretch-blow molding machine from Nissei ASB (NPE Booth W463) adds a new servo-hydraulic model and improves an existing model.
What's new? The ASB-70DPWv4 is equipped with three servo-driven hydraulic pumps. The ASB-70DPHv4 model also has improved servo-hydraulic pump technology and will mold 12-ounce wide-mouth jars in five cavities during NPE. The models in the ASB-70 series can produce a range of bottles up to 700-milliliter capacity using a double-row cavity layout or other configurations.
Benefits The servo-hydraulic technology on the ASB-70DPWv4 helps reduce energy consumption by 60 percent vs. the prior version of the machine.
