Unify manifold system This hot-runner manifold system from Husky Injection Molding Systems Ltd. is pre-wired and pre-assembled for easy installation and removal.
What's new? A simple, direct, one-step installation of the manifold system into the mold with no need for pre-heating. For easy mounting, water, air/oil and electric connectors come attached to a rigid frame matching the manifold layout. Husky offers Unify for its large, Ultra 1000 hydraulic valve gate nozzles, and plans to make it available for Ultra 1000 pneumatic valve gate and hot-tip TS (thermal) configurations, and for the entire Ultra 750 series.
