PowderEase T1 post-processing system streamlines 3D printing workflows 

PowderEase T1 This 3D post-processing technology from Stratasys can pair with one or more of the company’s Stratasys H350 SAF powder bed printers, designed for making end-of-arm tooling, as well as production parts for the automotive, aerospace, consumer products and medical sectors. Featuring a storage area for fresh powder, a dosing area and a user-friendly control panel, the PowderEase T1 combines multiple post-processing steps — powder breakout, retrieval and dosing — into a single, streamlined unit.

Benefits Streamlined workflows, cost and labor reductions, a shorter time to finished parts, more efficient powder use and efficiency. Compared with manual processes, units can achieve up to 50 minutes of time savings per build, and one unit can work with six printers at once.
