Thermwood names president, EVP

The company manufactures CNC machinery and large-scale additive manufacturing systems. 

Thermwood Corp. has promoted two key executives, following the retirement of President David Hildenbrand after 47 years of service.  

Jason Susnjara is the new president, moving up from the role of EVP. In more than 30 years at Thermwood, he has held a range of leadership roles across multiple departments, and serves on the company’s board of directors. 

Jennifer Watt has been promoted to EVP. Since 2019, she has served as the company’s chief legal officer, leading legal and corporate governance efforts. She is also a member of the board of directors. 

Thermwood, based in Dale, Ind., makes equipment for CNC machining and advanced manufacturing, as well as large-scale additive manufacturing systems, serving industries including aerospace, automotive and defense.
