Roboze boosts printing speed
Pro series Roboze’s Pro series of industrial fused-filament-fabrication (FFF) 3D printers consists of two models, the One Pro and the Plus Pro. Both printers are designed to perform fast prototyping, as well as small-volume production of finished parts.
What’s new? Prometheus slicing software, which includes UltraFast strategic printing profiles. Roboze says UltraFast allows its printers to print up to twice as fast as the industry average. The software currently works with Carbon PA and Ultra-PLA materials, and the company plans to extend this capability to more material types, and provide an upgrade with a simple software update.
Benefits Fast printing of multiple materials. The ability to produce prototypes, as well as create tools and replacement parts as needed, helps users overcome supply-chain issues without tying up warehouse space for spare parts. The Plus Pro can produce parts from all the materials available to the One Pro, plus it can print at higher temperatures using engineering-grade resins, including polyetheretherketone and polyetherketoneketone. These materials can replace metal parts in some applications. The Pro series makes it quick and easy to change material or projects, and the printers have few maintenance requirements.
