Quinly Creality’s CR-10 and CR-6SE are open-source FDM printers that can create parts with resins such as polylactic acid, ABS and PET-glycol. They offer layer thicknesses from 0.1mm to 0.4mm and a print resolution of plus or minus 0.1mm.
What’s new? Quinly has now adapted its automated print manager solution to the CR-10 and CR-6SE printers.
Benefits Scalability. This simple solution allows for unattended or lights-out production, with from one to hundreds of 3D printers. Quinly includes a frame that holds a printer at a 45-degree angle and the proprietary VAAPR print bed. The print bed holds prints securely in place when warm, but once it has cooled it allows the printer’s own motion system to easily push the finished part off into a collection bin. Quinly’s software allows users to set up a queue of prints to be created. It can be used to run a low-cost print farm without requiring an operator or expensive robotic automation.
