TruPrint 3000 This 3-D printer from Trumpf features a 500-watt fiber laser to create complex metal parts as large as 11.8 inches by 15.7 inches. The laser metal fusion process is driven by the TruTops Print with Siemens NX software package, which combines all of the tools required for the development, simulation, 3-D printing and numerical control programming of metal parts such as molds.

The TruPrint 3000 has an integrated interchangeable cylinder system that makes it possible to externally prepare new cylinders (full supply cylinders with powder and empty build cylinders with substrate plates) to ensure quick turnover between build jobs and increase machine utilization.
