ZMorph 2.0 SX ZMorph's newest desktop 3-D printer features an interchangeable tool head system that makes switching out materials easy. With the system and optional tool heads available through ZMorph, the device actually can perform any of three tasks  3-D printing, CNC milling and laser engraving. It's suited for rapid prototyping, as well as low-volume, customized fabrication. Prices start at $2,690.

What's new? The machine, which has been available for order online for a couple months. It represents  an upgrade over a prior machine, the ZMorph 2.0, and features a new, smartphone-based interface, transparent covers and improved design.
