Romi selects United Precision Services as distributor

Romi Machine Tools Ltd. has designated United Precision Services (UPS) the exclusive distributor of its heavy-duty horizontal and vertical CNC lathes in the U.S. and Canada.

UPS offers full turnkey machining solutions, is one of a small number of distributors with a working showroom, and offers contracting machining services through its parent company, Magna Machine Co. “UPS is much more than a distributor partner,” said Rafael Boldorini, GM of Romi. “They’re also a customer who uses our machines, as well as many other brands of machine tools. They know which machines perform well because they use them on a daily basis.”

Based in Erlanger, Ky., Romi Machine Tools offers a line of machine tools including CNC lathes, turning centers and vertical machining centers.
