FC 1000 IM2 This WM Thermoforming Machines thermoforming system provides 130 tons of clamping force. It can handle any material, including PET, PP, polylactic acid, as well as biodegradable materials such as paperboard. It is designed to minimize vibration, resulting in less wear on the cutting knives, less downtime, and greater efficiency and productivity.
What’s new? New options to integrate a visual inspection system from partner Ausil Systems, Asturias, Spain, which specializes in computer vision and artificial intelligence (AI). The FC 1000 IM2 boasts a number of software improvements, including multi-user access so that several users can log into it simultaneously to consult machine data. It has extended diagnostics, and improved graphics and settings that automatically calculate up to 90 percent of the optimal machine settings and process parameters. Also, users can check machine performance remotely.
Benefits The automatic detection of defects, foreign objects, and punch and die-cutting flaws, using Ausil’s AI. With its new software, the FC 1000 IM2 is easier to use. This reduces setup time, allows remote access and improves connectivity to Industry 4.0 technologies.
